End-User Data: Information about your gym members that you input into the Software (names, memberships, health data, payment statuses). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and explicit consent from your members to process this data through our Services.
Information automatically collected: We collect technical and usage data automatically when you interact with the Services, including IP addresses, device types, operating systems, browser types, interaction metadata, error logs, and timestamps.

3. Use of Third-Party Services and Trackers

To operate, optimize, and market the Services, we heavily integrate third-party tools. These providers have their own privacy policies and terms of service. GymPulse explicitly disclaims any liability for the data processing practices, security breaches, or policy changes of these third parties.

Google Firebase: We utilize Firebase for database hosting, secure user authentication, cloud functions, and real-time data syncing. Firebase tracks user agent strings, IP addresses, and application crash reports.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to analyze user behavior, track feature usage, and monitor web/app traffic. This service utilizes cookies and unique device identifiers to compile aggregate data about site traffic and interactions.
Microsoft Clarity: We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal data and your gym members' data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. If you wish to terminate your account and have your data deleted, you must contact us directly. Note that we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
